1Can you customize my Protein box based on allergies?
We work closely with our protein partners to make sure your allergy preferences are followed. On your preference page, please indicate an appropriate option. As always, please be sure to read labels before consuming any of MyProteinBox.com products.
2Shipping?
We’re currently shipping to the U.S. Shipping is free in the contiguous US. Shipping charges are applicable to Alaska and Hawaii and delivery times are usually a little bit longer.
3How do I update my billing and contact information?
You can update your billing and contact information by logging into my protein box.com. From there, you can go to "Payment Methods" and update your information there. Contact information can be updated under “addresses”.

We always bill on the 15th of the previous month. In order to receive your protein box as scheduled, be sure to have accurate information on file and sufficient funds in your account by 12pm PST on 14th of each month in preparation for the upcoming month.

If payment isn’t successful on our first try, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues.
4How do I cancel my membership?
Your Protein box will automatically renew on the 15th of each month, but you can cancel any time. To cancel, log into your account and select “my subscription”. From there you can select “cancel”.
